Buyer's Agent vs. Seller's Agent
An exclusive buyer agent is a real estate agent who works for the buyer. Exclusive buyer agents (and their clients) avoid the conflict of interest of working with an agent who promotes their listings or their firm's listings.
As your buyer agent, I will be a committed ally negotiating on your behalf.
There are 3 parts of negotiations when buying a home:
- Getting your offer accepted
- Inspection items requested, if inspector recommended repairs or replacement
- Appraisal, if lower than mutually accepted purchase price
AND a buyer agent commission is paid by the seller!
